2. Turnaround Time (TAT)

  • Standard TAT: 2–5 business days per order, unless otherwise specified.
  • Custom/Bulk Campaigns: Timelines may vary and will be agreed upon prior to purchase.
  • Client Delays: Any delay caused by the client (e.g., missing information, delayed approvals) will not be counted in the TAT.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise arranged.
  • All prices are final once an order is confirmed.
  • For larger campaigns, milestone-based payment structures may be used if mutually agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate URLs, anchor texts, and any specific campaign instructions.
  • Ensuring their domain does not involve spam, adult content, illegal activity, or link schemes.
  • Reviewing and approving content drafts within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any project that does not meet our ethical standards or quality criteria.

5. Content Ownership

  • All content created by Links Unity remains our intellectual property until it is published.
  • Once published, content may fall under the ownership terms of the third-party website.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content they provide does not violate copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Link Guarantee

  • We guarantee all backlinks placed through our service for a minimum of 1 year.
  • If a link is removed within that period, we will replace it once at no additional cost.
  • We do not guarantee any specific third-party metrics (such as DA, DR, or traffic) unless agreed in writing.

7. Prohibited Practices

We strictly prohibit:

  • Spammy or mass link-building tactics
  • Black-hat SEO practices
  • Automated link placements or AI-generated spam content

Violation of these practices will result in immediate service termination without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Links Unity will not be held liable for:

  • Changes to search engine algorithms
  • Fluctuations in website traffic or rankings
  • Deindexing of the client’s or publisher’s website
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We value your privacy. All client information, communications, and project data are treated as confidential and will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
